  1. The Daily Star 25th “O” & “A” Level Awards Presentation Ceremony 2026 proposed date, time and venue is the following:

    Date : April 11, 2026 (Proposed Date)

    Time : 09:00 AM (Sharp)

    Venue : Bangladesh - China Friendship Exhibition Center, Purbachal / Mirpur Indoor Stadium

  2. Criteria for awards this year:
    • Cambridge

      (6 A’s or above for “O” level or IGCSE in one or two consecutive sessions)

      (3 A’s or above for “A” level in one or two consecutive sessions)

    • Edexcel

      (Grading of "7" or above in 6 Subjects for IGCSE in one or two consecutive sessions)

      (3 A’s or above for IAL in one or two consecutive sessions)

  3. The proposed last date for sending information & documents is February 28th, 2026. Registration process will be starting very soon through our website, which you will be notified about through email.
  4. Students who appeared for the following sessions & qualify for the award criteria will be eligible for the gala event. The schools followed by Edexcel curriculum (October/November’24 session, January’25 session, May/June’25, October/November’25 session) and Cambridge curriculum (October/November ’24 session, May/June’25, October/November’25).

  7. Requirement of school uniform for awardees: (Same as last year)

    For ‘O’ Level: School uniform required

    For ‘A’ Level: School uniform required

    (Only private students can come with dignified dress)

  8. Number of guests per awardee: 4
  9. Advertisement will be given when submission of documents starts (4th week of January, 2026).
  10. School names will be called in ascending order (Z – A).
  11. Registration process will be same as last year (through website: www.tomorrowsleaders.net)

  12. For cultural events we will send another email, through which you can let us know if you are interested to perform.
  1. All schools must register on our Tomorrows Leaders website at the following link: https://tomorrowsleaders.net. If your school has already been registered then insert your login information to access the dashboard.
  2. Use the tab “Manage Awardee” then click “Add Awardee” to insert each awardee’s information according to the questionnaire format. You will have to upload awardee’s picture on the same page (dimensions: 400x400px, file size less than 300kb). Please make sure the picture file has the awardee’s name as the title.
  3. At the bottom you should see an “Attachment Documents” option to upload the results certificates for the particular awardee (3 files size less than 10mb). The awardee’s application will not be approved until all result certificates are uploaded for us to confirm the award criteria.
  4. Once everything is submitted, you can check your awardee names on your school dashboard under the tab: “Manage Awardee”. You can also check each awardee’s status to see if their application has been approved or not.
  5. Please keep a copy of each awardee’s information according to the questionnaire format as backup in case any information is lost or not recorded.

  1. The Daily Star “25th O & A Level Awards Presentation Ceremony” will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Bangladesh – China Friendship Exhibition Center, Purbachal/ Mirpur Indoor Stadium, Dhaka, scheduled to begin at 09:00 am (sharp).
  2. Private candidates are asked to submit their names at The Daily Star office to be recognized as awardees. Contact The Daily Star, 64-65 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka-1215, till 28 February 2026, between 11:00 am and 4:30 pm (except on Fridays and Saturdays), with their original and a photocopy of the Statement of Results or Certificates and 2 (two) passport-size pictures.

  3. No changes to O & A Level Awardees (adding new awardees, changing the number of "A's") will be considered after 28 February 2026.
  4. For private candidates, no friends or family members of the award recipient may register on their behalf.
#If the student has two consecutive sessions with different grading systems, it will also be accepted.
